users_banned
Fetch the usernames of all banned accounts. Use it to build a ban list where moderators can lift bans.

Response
Section titled “Response”{ "cmd": "users_banned", "users": ["spammer42", "alice"]}users holds plain usernames, not user objects. The order is not meaningful. Pass a username to user_unban to lift that ban.
