message_react_add

message_react_add is an older name for reaction_add. The server runs the same handler, so it takes the same fields, applies the same checks, and returns the same errors.

The only difference is the command name: the response, the broadcast, and the src of any error use message_react_add.

New clients should send reaction_add.
